Explore your assumptions about missed follow-up. Keep a potentially recovered conversation separate from a won job, and a contribution scenario separate from profit.
Use fictional or non-sensitive details. Inputs and edited output stay in this page's memory and clear on reload. Nothing is sent, booked or connected. JavaScript is needed for the tool; the explanation and worked example below remain readable without it.
Your monthly assumptions
A worked fictional example
100 monthly enquiries × 20% unanswered = 20 unanswered enquiries. If 25% became conversations, that would be 5 conversations. If 40% of those led to jobs, that would be 2 jobs. At an assumed USD 150 contribution per job, the scenario contribution is USD 300 before automation and support costs.
Every percentage is an editable assumption. Zero enquiries or a zero share produces zero at that stage. Blank required inputs and values outside the displayed bounds produce an error; an empty optional contribution leaves money uncalculated. Large values are bounded to keep the scenario manageable, not to suggest a market size.
