Good to know
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. We build a preview of your site first. You click through it on your phone, and only pay once you want to go ahead.
What can I customize?
Your business name, logo, colours, photos, services and contact details. We confirm your requested changes before starting. New apps, ecommerce and substantial new functionality are quoted separately.
How does the free domain work?
Choose an available standard domain, or connect a domain you already own. Premium names and paid extras are quoted before you commit.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Building your site, hosting it and keeping it running. We confirm exactly what's included for your business before you start, so there are no surprises.
What happens after I say yes?
We send you a secure payment link (Stripe or Razorpay, in US dollars or Indian rupees). You send us your branding and details, we prepare your preview, collect your feedback and launch after your approval. You can track progress and request updates in your customer portal.
Is a site in “Our work” the business's official website?
A concept preview shows a website Fireflax has built. It doesn't by itself mean the featured business commissioned or endorsed it. If a preview features your business and you'd like it removed, ask us and we'll take it down.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel before the next renewal; the service continues until the end of the paid period. If you want to host the site yourself later, we can hand it over.
What about apps and automations?
They're priced on the project, because every business needs something different. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
Love a design, but need a few changes?
Tell us what you have in mind. We'll help you make it yours.
