Enquiry automation for service businesses
Every enquiry.
A clear next step.
Bring incoming requests, ownership and follow-ups into one clear process. Fireflax helps you plan the workflow around your business, with your team reviewing the decisions that need a person.
Free to try · No sign-in · Use fictional details
1. A request arrives
“Our kitchen tap keeps dripping. Could someone take a look this week?”
2. An owner and next action
Office team · Confirm the job details before arranging a visit.
3. Your team reviews the reply
Waiting for approvalRead it, make changes, then approve the sample next step.
A practical starting point
Make the handoff easier to follow.
For owners and office teams handling plumbing, property services or other service enquiries: start with the repeated task that gets passed between people and tools.
Give the request an owner
Route it using the agreed service and priority rules. Keep the next action visible to the person responsible.
Fill in the missing details
Prepare a clarification when the request is incomplete, instead of treating a guess as a confirmed booking.
Review before the next step
Let your team edit the response and approve it. Agree what needs human attention before connecting a live process.
Try it yourself
More than the happy path.
A useful workflow needs a clear response when information is missing or a connection fails. Explore those situations in the sample before discussing your own process.
Open the sample workspaceWhat you can try in the demo
- Route a fictional enquiry and review its draft reply
- Run the same request twice to see duplicate prevention
- Ask for missing details before moving forward
- Pause a sample connection, recover and review again
This is a rules-based demonstration, not a live AI model or a connected customer system. It makes the process visible without claiming customer results.
Explore more workflows
Small tasks. Important exceptions.
Try three more everyday workflows. See when a next step is ready, when it should wait and when a person needs to take over.
Lead follow-up
Prepare a follow-up for an unanswered enquiry, then review the draft before recording the sample next step.
Try the exception
A reply or opt-out stops the follow-up. Enquiries less than three days old stay waiting.
Support triage
Sort a support request, give it an owner and review a prepared acknowledgement before moving it forward.
Try the exception
Team-wide access incidents go to a priority person. Short tickets ask for the details needed to continue.
Invoice reminders
Prepare a reminder for an overdue, unpaid invoice, with the draft ready for a person to review.
Try the exception
Paid or disputed invoices never get a reminder.
All samples use rules and prepared templates in browser memory. No AI runs, no messages are sent and no real records are used. Switching workflows or reloading clears the current sample. Use fictional details throughout.
Start with a useful manual process
Use our follow-up checklist and message template to give each unanswered enquiry an owner and a clear next step.

Start with one real workflow.
Your software, approval rules and day-to-day workload determine the implementation. We check the automation you already have before proposing something new.
- 01
Map the current process
Show us where enquiries arrive, who handles them, the tools involved and the step that keeps getting repeated.
- 02
Agree the scope
Confirm the available connections, what runs automatically, what needs approval and how the team handles exceptions.
- 03
Test and hand over
Agree acceptance checks and test the workflow before launch. Define ownership, recovery steps and any ongoing support.
Custom automation is quoted separately from the website plan. Implementation, software usage and ongoing support are agreed before work begins.
Before you start
Good questions.
Is the demo using a live AI agent?
No. The sample runs routing rules and prepared reply templates in your browser. It shows the workflow and review steps without a live model or paid API. In a real project, we assess where AI can help and where straightforward rules are enough.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
We start by reviewing your current inbox, forms and business software, including automation features you already have. Available integrations, permissions and any software costs are checked before we agree the implementation. The demo does not establish compatibility with a particular product.
Does the sample send a message or create a real lead?
No. Use fictional details. The samples keep their state in browser memory until you reset, switch workflows or reload. Approval only changes the sample. The separate workflow enquiry form is how you choose to contact Fireflax.
Is automation included in the website subscription?
Custom automation is scoped and quoted separately from the website plan. We agree the implementation, third-party software or usage costs, and any ongoing support before work begins.
Your next step
Which handoff would you improve first?
Tell us your current tools, the task you repeat and roughly how many enquiries your team handles. We'll help identify a practical place to start.
