What we collect

When you send the contact form, we store what you type in it:

  • your name, business name, email address and city;
  • your phone number and message, if you add them.

To stop spam we also keep a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of your IP address for a short time. It can't be turned back into your address.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free preview and, if you become a customer, run your service. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small number of providers to run Fireflax:

  • Vercel, to host this website;
  • Supabase, to store data and run sign-in for our team;
  • Resend, to send email;
  • Stripe or Razorpay, if you pay us through a payment link.

Cookies

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our team's workspace uses cookies only to keep people signed in and remember their display settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to never contact you again. Send your request through the contact form and we'll act on it.
