What we collect

When you send the contact form, we store what you type in it:

  • your name, business name, email address, city and country;
  • your phone number and message, if you add them;
  • for an automation enquiry, your recurring task and any workflow, current-tool and approximate-volume answers you provide.

To stop spam we also keep a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of your IP address for a short time. It can't be turned back into your address.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free preview and, if you become a customer, run your service. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small number of providers to run Fireflax:

  • Vercel, to host this website;
  • Supabase, to store data and run sign-in for our team;
  • Resend, to send email;
  • Stripe or Razorpay, if you pay us through a payment link.

Optional workflow measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement”, we measure how people use our automation landing page, demo, workflow enquiry form and selected resource tools and templates. We record a small set of steps, such as opening the demo, generating a valid tool result or requesting a verified template download, together with random browser and session identifiers, an approximate country supplied by our host, and recognised campaign labels.

These identifiers distinguish participating browsers; they do not tell us your name. Measurement never includes the enquiry text, contact details, tool inputs or edited results, full page addresses, IP addresses or recordings of your screen. Resource events contain only a fixed resource identifier and the action; they do not show whether you saved, opened or used a download. Measurement uses our existing hosting and database providers, without third-party advertising trackers.

Your choice and optional browser identifier expire after 30 days. A session identifier lasts for up to 24 hours in a tab. Measurement events are scheduled for deletion after 35 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through “Measurement preferences”; this stops future measurement and removes the identifiers from your browser. Previously collected events remain until their scheduled deletion. We also honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The demo, enquiry form, tools and downloads work if you decline.

Cookies

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Optional workflow measurement uses browser storage only after you allow it; a preference is stored when you make a choice. Our team's workspace uses cookies only to keep people signed in and remember their display settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to never contact you again. Send your request through the contact form and we'll act on it.
