Create a review plan for an existing enquiry or a quote already sent. Choose timing that fits the actual conversation, then check the latest status before each action.

Use fictional or non-sensitive details. Inputs and edited output stay in this page's memory and clear on reload. Nothing is sent, booked or connected. JavaScript is needed for the tool; the explanation and worked example below remain readable without it.

Plan a limited set of reviews

Context

  • Quote already sent
  • Existing unanswered enquiry

Current stop condition

  • None known — recheck before each action
  • Customer replied
  • Accepted or booked
  • Declined
  • Opted out
  • Status changed or unknown
  • Quote expired or superseded

Dates are calendar days, not scheduled sends.

For a fictional last contact on 8 October 2026, a three-day interval and two reviews produce 11 and 14 October. A reply before either date stops the plan. Date arithmetic uses calendar dates consistently across months, leap years and daylight-saving changes; choose your local review time yourself.

The default values are a worked example, not a recommended cadence. You can edit the generated text, copy it, print it or download it. Changing an input clears the old result. Rebuild after choosing a stop condition; a stopped plan contains no review dates.
